Mexico City Mayor Recount Request Disruptions
Mexico needs to declare a winner in its hotly contested presidential election, and the dangers for massive civil disruption are growing. Though Mexico's Federal Election Judicial Tribunal only voted for a recount of 9 percent of the country's ballots, we believe that a full recount is necessary to establish public confidence in the final outcome.
